Licensed, insured, and hands-on. We manage every detail of your construction project so you don't have to — from first permit to final walkthrough.
Construction is stressful when you're managing it yourself — juggling subcontractors, chasing permits, tracking budgets, and hoping everyone shows up on time. That's exactly what a general contractor is supposed to take off your plate. The problem is, not every GC actually does that. Some collect a fee and disappear. Some overpromise and undercommunicate. Some treat your project like one of fifty they're running at the same time.
We take a different approach. When you hire us as your general contractor, you get a single point of accountability for your entire project. We hire and manage every subcontractor, handle all permitting and inspections, maintain the schedule and the budget, and keep you informed with clear, regular updates. If something changes, you hear about it from us before it becomes a problem — not after.
We're a licensed and insured general contractor serving Southeast Wyoming and Northern Colorado, and we bring a design-build mentality to every project. That means we're not just executing someone else's plan — we're thinking critically about how your project is designed, built, and delivered so the end result is better, more efficient, and on budget.

Full oversight of residential and agricultural new builds from foundation through final inspection. We coordinate every trade, manage the schedule, and ensure quality at every phase. You get one team running the show, not a dozen unmanaged subcontractors.

Don't have plans yet? We'll develop them with you. Our design-build approach combines architectural planning, engineering, material selection, and construction under one contract — saving you time, reducing miscommunication, and keeping your budget aligned from the start.

Already have a project underway with another builder — or thinking about managing a build yourself? We offer consultation services to review plans, audit budgets, evaluate timelines, and provide expert guidance. Sometimes a second set of experienced eyes is all you need to avoid costly mistakes.

We work with a trusted network of electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, concrete crews, roofers, and specialty tradespeople across Wyoming and Northern Colorado. We vet every sub, manage their schedules, and hold them to the same standards we hold ourselves.
We meet to discuss your project — what you're building, your budget range, your timeline, and any concerns. If you already have plans, we'll review them in detail. If you're starting from scratch, we'll help you define the scope. This meeting is free and sets the foundation for everything that follows.
We develop a comprehensive, line-item estimate that covers every phase of the project — materials, labor, permits, site work, and contingency. No vague allowances or hidden fees. You'll review and approve a fixed-price contract before any work begins, so you know exactly what you're paying and what you're getting.
We pull all required permits, coordinate with the county building department, and manage any pre-construction requirements — site surveys, soil testing, utility coordination, and site prep. By the time we break ground, every approval is in hand and every sub is scheduled.
This is where we earn our keep. We're on-site managing daily operations — quality control, schedule adherence, safety, and coordination between trades. You'll receive regular updates and have direct access to us at all times. Every phase is inspected against code and against our own standards before we move forward.
Final inspections, a detailed walkthrough with you, and resolution of every punch list item before the project is complete. We don't consider a job done until you sign off on it. And after handoff, we remain available for any questions or warranty items that come up.
You deal with us — directly, consistently, throughout the entire project. No sales reps, no rotating project managers, no call center. When you have a question, you get an answer from the person actually running your build.
Our estimates are detailed down to the line item. You'll see exactly where every dollar goes, and we communicate proactively if anything changes. We don't pad estimates to cover surprises, and we don't submit change orders for things we should have anticipated. Our clients trust us because we've earned that trust through honest numbers.
We hold active licenses and insurance in both states, which means we can seamlessly manage projects on either side of the border. For clients in the Cheyenne-Wellington-Fort Collins corridor, that cross-border capability is a real advantage — one contractor, no gaps in coverage.
Some GCs are essentially brokers — they quote the job, hire subs, and check in occasionally. We're builders first. We understand the trades because we've done the work, and that means we catch problems early, hold subcontractors accountable, and make smarter decisions on-site because we know what we're looking at.

We serve as general contractor for projects across Southeast Wyoming and Northern Colorado, including:
Wyoming: Cheyenne • Laramie • Burns • Pine Bluffs • Carpenter • Hillsdale • Horse Creek • and rural properties throughout Laramie and Albany Counties
Colorado: Wellington • Livermore • Severance • Ault • Berthoud • Windsor • Eaton • Fort Collins area • and acreage properties throughout Larimer and Weld Counties
Whether your project is a new custom home on rural acreage, a pole barn on a ranch, or an addition to an existing property, we bring the same level of management and oversight regardless of size or location.

A general contractor is responsible for the overall management of a construction project. That includes hiring and supervising all subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, framers, roofers, etc.), obtaining permits, managing the construction schedule and budget, coordinating inspections, purchasing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met at every phase. Think of us as the single point of accountability for your entire build — so you don't have to manage a dozen different people yourself.
A traditional general contractor takes a set of completed plans and builds them. A design-build contractor handles both the design and the construction under one contract. We operate as a design-build firm, which means we can develop your plans, engineer the project, and build it — all managed by one team. The benefit is better coordination, more accurate budgeting, and fewer conflicts between the design and what's actually buildable within your budget.
General contractor fees are typically built into the overall project cost rather than charged as a separate line item. Our pricing is all-inclusive — the estimate we give you covers materials, labor, subcontractors, permits, project management, and our fee. We don't add hidden management charges on top of a quoted price. The total cost of your project depends on scope, size, and complexity, and we provide a detailed breakdown during the estimating process so you see exactly where every dollar goes.
In many cases, yes. We offer consultation and project takeover services for builds that have stalled, gone off-track, or lost their original contractor. We'll assess the current state of the project, evaluate the work that's been completed, identify any issues, and provide a plan and estimate to get it across the finish line. We're honest about what we find — if there are problems with existing work, we'll tell you and outline what it takes to fix them.
You're legally allowed to manage your own construction in most cases, but the reality is that it's a full-time job requiring deep knowledge of building codes, trade sequencing, material procurement, contract management, and inspection processes. Most owner-managed builds end up taking significantly longer and costing more than expected due to scheduling gaps, missed code requirements, and subcontractor management issues. If your time has value and you want the project done right the first time, hiring an experienced GC almost always pays for itself.
Yes. We carry full general contractor licensing and comprehensive liability insurance covering our work in both Wyoming and Colorado. We're also bonded where required. We're happy to provide proof of insurance and licensing to any client — in fact, we recommend you ask every contractor you talk to for the same. It's one of the most important questions you can ask, and a legitimate contractor will never hesitate to provide it.
Whether you're planning a new build, need a contractor to manage a complex project, or want a second opinion on a job that's already underway, we're here to help. Reach out for a free consultation and let's figure out the best path forward for your project.
