We work closely with you and the design team prior to construction to ensure the project flows as smoothly as possible while beginning to hone in budget and schedule. 

Brow Tine Builders utilizes MS Project to build and manage the project’s Master Schedule. This is critical to efficiently managing subcontractors, utilities, materials, purchases, and critical decisions. This master schedule sets the pace for the whole project. While bringing our team on early in the design process allows us to begin cost

controls early in collaboration with the design team, once construction documents are permit ready, Brow Tine creates an detailed and broken out estimate. We provide budgets in this form so that nothing is missed and all costs are transparent to you. If needed, alternates and solutions are proposed to contribute to your projects success while keeping to design intent. 

Brow Tine specializes in traditional mountain western building. We partner with a team of trusted subcontractors and push the envelope of quality assurance by self performing key areas that impact your home the most. We can deliver on even the most complex structure and remote areas. Our priority is turning over a project that exemplifies our values and stands out in the crowd. We implement a tried and true strategy of maintaining schedule, quality, and budget throughout construction and strive to stay in communication to keep you informed on key milestones and decisions. With our focus on innovation and craftsmanship your project will be one of a kind. 

During the construction phase, Brow Tine Builders will be responsible for bringing your vision to life. We utilize the most efficient and reliable software (BuilderTrend) to manage costs, share schedule updates, monitor documentation, quality control, and more. This turnkey software allows all project stakeholders including the design team, owners, and subcontractors to access needed information and be consistently up to date. Brow Tine operates with a commercial GC level of management both in the office and in the field with constant on-site management. 

After your project is complete, we don't turn off our phones. We will ensure that your home exceeds your expectations and you have complete confidence in your final project and the quality in which it was built. 

Throughout construction, we build and maintain the documentation needed to rest easy.

Warranty, Operation & Maintenance manuals, and photos are put together to hand over upon closeout.  In addition, Brow Tine Builders goes the extra mile to provide Matterport 360-degree

photos of the rough in stage that can be accessed by the owner later for reference. Drone

flythrough videos and as-builts can also be provided. Most importantly, we are here for you. While we take great steps during construction to

mitigate any warranty issues, things come up. As a local contractor and small business, our focus is providing quick and easy follow ups to any warranty concerns. We will help you with any problem that might arise, we can even help set up regular maintenance if requested.
